This is a meal replacement blog?????
I have an issue with what to serve guests when they come over, it feels like the more people that choose to come over the more ridiculously unhealthy the food doth become. I have no idea why I cannot just stick to what I feel is good and why the mob mentality just takes over and I feel people just want bad foods. I don’t mean foods that taste bad obviously, but I mean foods that are bad for you, lots of red meat and a little to much grease and potatoes. I am not going to serve a weight loss shake at dinner of course but I would like to get out of this mental rut that I am in, that doesn’t mean that I am going to take my dinner guests on a walk to the vitamin shoppe and have them pick out their favorite, that’s just to expensive. I don’t want to create the natural cholesterol cure or anything like that either, but I would like to take care of my guests in a far more heathy way than what I have been doing. Fish coincidentaly has a very healthy dose of omega 3 vitamins that are sure to keep everyone going for some time
