The gel capsules are the preferred form of vitamin
I have always my troubles taking the hard candy type of vitamin, so did my ex-girlfriend but she is my ex so cares about her. Anyway omega 3 capsules go down so much better that say Centrum, because I believe Centrum to be the devil. This just in, the vitamin shop I believe to also be the devil as well, this is why I prefer to buy my vitamins online, it is just the best and most efficient way to relieve stress. So anyway my ex finally came over and got the rest of her things, it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to witness. I think I still love her and deep down I think she still loves me. I guess we will see if we can salvage this relationship in the future at some point. At the time being it is the healthiest thing for both of us, the seperation.
